Welcome to Croydon Economic Development Company (CEDC) . The following are the rules or "Terms" that govern use of the Croydon Economic Development Company (CEDC) Web site ("Site"). By using or visiting the Site, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and to follow these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations governing the Site. Croydon Economic Development Company (CEDC) and their respective affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively "Croydon Economic Development Company (CEDC) ") reserve the right to change these Terms at any time, effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Please check this page of the Site periodically. If you violate these Terms of Use, Croydon Economic Development Company (CEDC) may terminate your use of the Site, bar you from future use of the Site, cancel your ticket order, and/or take appropriate legal action against you.

Payments
EVENTS AND WORKSHOPS
By registering for Croydon Economic Development Company (CEDC) events and workshops, you are deemed to have accepted the following terms and conditions:

  1. Cheques, where applicable, should be made payable to Croydon Economic Development Company (CEDC) Limited.
  2. Your booking is confirmed when payment is received in full before the event.
  3. Cancellations received between 5 and 10 working days prior to an event or course will receive a 50% refund.
  4. Cancellations received less than 5 working days prior to the event or course are not eligible for a refund.
  5. Non-attendance without prior cancellation (see above) will not result in exemption from payment of the full cost of the event or course.
  6. Transfers or postponement may be considered, where appropriate, at the discretion of Croydon Economic Development Company (CEDC) Limited.
  7. If registering within three working days of the event or course date, Croydon Economic Development Company (CEDC) requests that you pay by credit card.

MEMBERSHIP
  1. Membership covers all employees in your company and all are eligible and welcome to attend Chamber events.
  2. Membership will be effective from the date the application form is received and will cover a twelve month period.

PAYMENT
Subscription payments can be made via a secure credit card system provided by HSBC.
You can also pay by telephone 0208 680 6102 between 9am and 5.30pm.

Cancellations and refunds
If you are not happy with the service we provide please contact Croydon Economic Development Company (CEDC) Limited in writing within seven days if you wish to cancel this transaction; you will receive a full refund.

The Croydon Economic Development Company (CEDC) aims to provide services to the highest possible standards. In order to help achieve this, we actively encourage anyone who has engaged with our organisation to offer their feedback.
